Optimaize analyzes AI-agent execution data to identify opportunities to improve cost, latency, reliability, and workflow design. We understand that execution traces may contain proprietary application information, prompts, model outputs, tool calls, and other sensitive business context.
You retain ownership of the trace data, workflow information, and other content you provide to Optimaize. Scail uses this information only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Optimaize service for you, including generating analyses and recommendations. We do not sell your trace data.
Scail does not use customer trace data to train general-purpose AI models. When we use third-party AI model providers to perform analysis, we use business and API services under which customer API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default. Scail does not opt customer trace data into voluntary model-training or model-improvement programs.
Optimaize is designed to operate on the information required to understand agent execution behavior. Customers should avoid uploading credentials, authentication tokens, passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive information that is not necessary for analysis. Where available, Optimaize may profile, sample, normalize, or redact data before or during analysis to reduce unnecessary exposure of raw trace content.
Raw trace files uploaded to Optimaize are retained for no longer than 7 days after processing, unless a longer period is specifically requested by the customer. Normalized trace information, analysis results, findings, and recommendations may be retained for up to 30 days so customers can review their analysis. Customers may request earlier deletion of their data. Some service providers involved in processing may maintain limited security or abuse-prevention logs for up to approximately 30 days under their applicable business data policies.
Optimaize uses security controls appropriate for an early-stage cloud service handling proprietary technical data, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored customer data, restricted production access, and logical separation of customer data. Access to customer trace information is limited to systems and personnel who need it to operate, troubleshoot, secure, or support the service.
Optimaize relies on cloud infrastructure and specialized service providers to operate the service, including infrastructure hosting and AI model providers. These providers process customer information only as necessary to deliver their services to Scail and are subject to their applicable contractual and security obligations.
Optimaize is currently a beta product. Security controls and operational processes will continue to mature as the service develops. If your organization requires specific regulatory certifications, contractual security requirements, regulated-data handling, or custom retention controls, contact us before submitting that information.
